POLICY!! {please READ thoroughly before booking!!} •A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book, so please have your card info ready when booking!! REMAINDER is preferred in cash but i will accept cash app, apple pay and zelle! No Deposit=No Appointment CHECK YOUR EMAIL AFTER BOOKING! Your email will provide a confirmation message please confirm 24-48 hours before your appointment so you can receive the address! if you DO NOT confirm i will not know if you’re attending and I will not send out the address unless you’ve confirmed. *DISCLAIMER* sets are designed to a specific persons eye shape so no set will be exactly the same. •NO children or extra guest unless discussed! •LATE POLICY- I have a 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD so please make sure to be on time and in the chair at your appointment time to avoid having to be rescheduled. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled! you can pay a $25 late/squeeze in fee. Holidays ARE considered squeeze-ins! •RESCHEDULING POLICY: You can reschedule ONCE using the deposit from your original appointment please communicate! and reschedule in a timely manner. •No call/No shows may result in no future appt bookings and 50% of your card being charged. •24 hour notice on cancellations/rescheduling. (If not cancelled/rescheduled in the 24 hour notice you will have to pay 50% of the service total) NO REFUNDS, there is a 24 hour window to report any issues or concerns. •NO makeup upon arrival that includes (mascara,eyeliner, foundation etc.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment!
